Ya it is a Lord Waverly (no E) I got as far as the Logos but I can't find info on it. Here is a pic. It is not completely cleaned up yet. The white dot on stem is not a white dot. It is a tiny hole where the symbol is missing. All the wording on it says Lord Waverly

To the left of the wording is a Triangle with HLT in it. HL on top and T on bottom

Its possibly a luxury Graybow. It could also be a Roylton if before 1944, depending on how old it realy is. HLT didnt take over graybow till like 1953.
