Lord Stewart Pipe?

There is a pipe at a local antique store with the only markings Lord Stewart. Its a bulldog style pipe with a slightly bent stem (sorry no pictures). Does anyone have any information on Lord Stewart? I don't really wanna drop the money on it if I don't know what it is
