Today whilst perusing a local shop I found an estate Dr. Grabow Bard briar pipe with the yellow spade on the stem. It was a billiard style, but with a bulldog-type bead around the bowl, rusticated below the bead and smooth above it (a combination of features I had never before seen on a pipe) It also had a saddle bit.
I was in a bit of a hurry and wanted to research it before possibly purchasing. Unfortunately, this evening I have found little information on-line. I recall that there was a Dr. Grabow collectors' Website, but I could not find that either. What information might any of you have about this pipe? Please let me know.
