In my humble opinion, there's always at least a small amount of spice, even in the figgy jammy perique.
To my tastes, a few are Verge Engine Overdrive and Match Elizabethan.

It’s all subjective, of course, but here are some VaPers that IMO give more fruit than spice:

GL Pease Windjammer and C&D Kajun Kake are on the fruitier side of the perique spectrum.

Orlik Golden Slices has a light fruit note. I'd also suggest you sample Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake which has rum flavor with perique, think of it as a fruity tropical drink!
I have a jar of the verge engine but it just doesn’t do it for me
Anni Kake is probably the VaPer I have the most of. I’ll have to look into the others
I know what fruit note you’re talking about in OGS. I often forget it is a VaPer. I have a jar of LNF and while I enjoy it now and then the perique is more spice than fruit to me in that one.
The only one of these I’ve tried is Escudo. I tried it fresh and it’s been sitting in a jar but I need to revisit it
I was going to recommend this as well, but I’m afraid it’s been getting too much attention lately.
When jarred for a few months, C&D Night Train has a citrus/sweet/hoppy smell to it. If you are a fan of more fruity IPAs, that would be a good blend for you.
