London Made Bulldog

This, when I held it, sent shivers of delight down my spine.
The previous owner treated it gently, but had no idea what a pipe cleaner was. It's quite exquisite.

Grand old pipe. it will clean up purty. Made the year my mom was born. I'd like to see the "after" photo. Is that a silver band?
