suggestions on a super light, full size, full bent?

You may want to check out the Stanwell Feather weight line. Their full bent is about 36 grams. Pretty light and Stanwells are great smokers.

I have been looking at Stanwell, but I had the impression they were small bowls?

May not be what you were thinking, but the Missouri Meerschaum freestyle fills the bill.
