I have a pile of reamers that market ploys have lured me to try ie cheap, sharp blades,folding, adjustable. Show your favorite and explain why they work best for you, then I will show mine. Please no reply from the Brits because reaming thier slang is not allowed here.

I use the pipnet for all my pipes. I don't have any conical pipes. Truth be told I rarely use it. @georged is better at it than I am by a very wide margin, and he uses his knife on it. He doesn't recommend using a knife unless you are very handy with one and keep it sharp as hell.

For really caked up estate pipes I use a Decatur Ream-All.

For minor touch ups I use sandpaper, and for day to day maintenance I simply use a paper towel to wipe out the chamber.
