Lemon Posset: Incredible Easy to Make British Dessert

While I enjoy cooking I don't enjoy baking and while I do enjoy home made desserts I did some research a month or so ago and found lemon posset. I've made it twice so far and it was fantastic. Last night I enjoyed it with some fresh currants and a bit of steel cut oats which I toasted with some cardamom seeds and a pinch of salt.

Could be! I am a competent cook but hate baking and such due to measuring etc., but with that said this dessert is really hard to screw up. I try not to make it too often as my girlfriend and I usually eat the batch in its entirety in a single evening and I believe the recipe I linked is intended to serve six!

Looks great sadly not keto friendly, had high hopes till the amount of sugar / carbs might be a good cheat day dessert though!
