Just arrived today. It looks really familiar to something from my childhood which is why I ordered it. Excellent craftsmanship and it's nice and hefty. I'm super happy.

I was getting hungry for lasagna just looking at it.

I own the Edgar Alan Poe set that Larry made exclusively for LJ Peretti and I just love his work. He's such a fantastic craftsman.

Now that you said that I'm seriously considering contacting Mr. Blackett and see if he would commission a yellow dog tamper. One with tongue hanging out and all.

I go through a fellow on ebay with custom tampers from time to time.




Larry would probably love to do the same.
