Laws for Display in Manitoba

I am just trying to figure out where or what the laws for displaying tobacco pipes and Grinders are in Manitoba. I am having a heck of a time trying to find out the rules. The pipes I have do not display any tobacco company labels and are considered a novelty.

Please help or send me a link that has the info.
