Latest pipe and tamper

I thought I'd share a pic of my latest pipe acquisition, a Charatan Belvedere bent Dublin, and the tamper that I just finished yesterday. I got the Charatan as an estate from Dave at MKELAW pipes a week or two ago and I've really been enjoying smoking it. It's a great smoker that really seems to bring out the flavor of anything I put in it. The tamper is another curly maple/rifle cartridge combo, this time with a wax finish on it.
I really should've waited for better lighting to get a picture, the pipe has some really nice birdseye grain on it that doesn't show up here.

Ok, I had a chance to take a little better of a picture and thought I might as well add the next latest pipe for the collection too :wink:
I bought the Barling from MKELAW pipes as well and it got here a couple days ago. They are both loaded with birdseye and they smoke great. I think I'm good for a while, but we'll see!

Wow, great looking birdseye on both of those. Dave is a great recourse for quality pipes at reasonable prices. Congrats on the Barling, both of those are my kind of pipes.
