From what I can tell the origin of Juggler tobacco goes back to the end of the 19th century; the trademark at any rate was issued on April 22, 1898. Empire blend versions were introduced in 1927. Juggler continued to be sold through at least the early 1970s, with some evidence suggesting it was available under the John Player marque in the 1990s. Imperial Tobacco allowed the trademark to expire in October of 1996, strongly suggesting that by that time the brand was dead. At various times Juggler was manufactured in a variety of forms including original, Flake, Mild, Fine Cut, and Light,
