Lane Limited Strength

Hello all,
I am still pretty new and was just wondering if someone could recommend a Lane Limited blend that had some strength to it. I have had several of their blends and thought they all were great but they all so far have been mild to very mild. Cheers!

On the aromatic side they're all going to be pretty mild. Heavily based on cavendish.
As for English the Crown Achievement is nice and there is a new English, BS-003 I think, but haven't tried it yet.

Lane is not about oomph in their blends and as far as I can remember they never were. So many if their blends were killed off by RJR when they bought them that they've been lost to time. I have the new Crown Achievement, which is a nice oriental blend, but not a butt kicker. I have not had LEO yet but it is basically another oriental type blend.

I believe hazelnut has burley in it? I noticed a bit more nic than my 1Q.

Wow, before reading your post, I thought your thread title was a play on words. Not gonna lie, I chuckled a little, at Lane's expense.

If you're looking for higher nicotine blends, focus on those blends that are based on burley and/or those that contain perique. (Sorry, it's been ages since I've been familiar with Lane's offerings, so I can't offer any educated specifics.)
You could also pick up a tin of blending perique and add a couple of pinches to anything you're wanting to spice up.
I'm assuming you're asking about Lane Limited blends because they're easily available in bulk. But maybe you should consider Stokkebye too. Their Luxury Bullseye Flake is a very good blend that includes perique and offers a bit more strength. They likely have others that I'm just not familiar with.

Blah, I'm just trying to imagine smoking a bowl of Lane aromatics with a pinch of perique added to it.

Balkan Sasieni and Crown Achievnment are decent in strength for English blends. The Peter Stokkebye line has some Virginia's that are decent. That's all I can think of.
