I have now since the start of my pipe smoking tested 20- something tobacco varieties and i´ve come to the conclusion that strong lakeland is what I prefer.

Of those which i've tested, the favorites are SG 1792 ennerdale GH, GH connistone cut plug, GH dark flake scented and Peterson hyde park for my morning pipe.
As I understand it, after some reading is that its almost exclusively Samuel Gawith and Gawith Hoggarth who make these scented tobaccos.
What I wonder is if there is a sort of another manufacturers that makes similar tobacco but that is also full in flavor?

Those two are easily the ones you identify with Lakelands. Pipesandcigars.com makes two Lakeland Brickles which are similar but not identical. I'd also consider Condor to be related if not the exact same flavor profile.

The only two blends that I am aware of that would at all fit what you seem to be looking for are Condor and St. Bruno (neither of which is available in the US). Oulette has made a couple of "Lakelands," but -- and I have nothing but adoration for his as a blender overall -- I feel they are weak copies of the Lakeland concept.
GH and SG are the folks you need to go to for the strong Lakeland blends. It's their niche.

Actually, Condor and St.Bruno are easy to get in the US. The problem is the shipping.
The cheapest I found is e-tobaccos but you have to order 5 50 gram pouches at a time. They are $10 a pouch or so. However, with shipping it ends up at about $17 a pouch. Actually, that is what they have to pay for it in the UK because of taxes, so it's not that bad a deal for what is, in my opinion, the best pipe smoke ever devised. If you like the blends you mentioned, you will LOVE condor.
I used to ship and smoke it pretty much exclusively before weaning myself, as a $35 a week habit was getting hard for me to justify. You've been warned...

I live in Sweden and i buy my Tobacco from both the us and the uk so the shipping will not be a problem.
Condor seems to be just what i´m after. Is there any difference between the Brown and the green other than the cut?
I wonder, does "scented" Tobaccos loose flavour in the same way as aromatics does over time when opened?

I smoke roughly 50g tobbaco per week and wonder how many tins i can have open Before it looses to much in flavour?

I've already tried Coniston Cut Plug, Bosun Cut Plug, Ennerdale and Condor RR. Just got an order in the mail of 1oz each of Kendal Flake, Glangarry Flake, Brown Flake Scented, Broken Flake #7, and Rum Flake. So far I love them all. And they taste best to me in a Falcon.
