Lack of Sex penalty

French court rules lack of sex is worthy of a fine.
Found this on another forum and thought it was noteworthy.

Normally I would never say this, but I think the French are onto something...or someone, depends on how you look at it. If I was still a single man, I'd apply for a job with the government collecting on past due accounts.

That's the root cause of all the world's problems. If everybody in the world started off the day with sex and a joint, wars and violence would be extremely rare occurances. :D Fighting and violence is the last thing you want to do if both of those items are really good.
