I placed an order with KBV recently, which included a 100g tin of Marlin Flake. When the package arrived, I only had a single 50g tin of Marlin Flake. I emailed KBV and in a few days had a follow up email stating that another 50g tin was in the mail. The tin showed up in a just a few days, to complete the original order. Master Chief did a fine job fixing the problem, with no fuss at all. KBV is great to deal with.
