Does anyone know where to find a stem for a !924 KB&B Chesterfield. A Peterson system Heritage 313 fits so if I could find a place to buy a Peterson bit I'd be happy.

Chesterfield CPF and Chesterfield KB&B pipes turn up on eBay every so often, but are usually complete (stummels and stems, not just stems). As I recall, at least one of my Chesterfield stems has the word “Chesterfield” actually stamped on it.

One of this site’s sponsors, the Danish Pipe Shop, has some Peterson stems in stock right now.

Thanks I broke the original, it was stuck and snapped when I got in too big of a hurry. Ordered the Peterson, hoping to get lucky on another KB&B, I'm partial to all things Kaywoodie,

You could have the tenon replaced on the original stem.

It broke in the bend about halfway down from the button.

Or, you can have a pipe carver make you an identical stem. Send the broken pieces and they can make it.
