Greetings,
The Altadis "equivalent" tobacco to Lane 1-Q is called 1-M. Frankly, a fair copy, but Lane 1-Q is the original and IMHO, the best. The overall flavor is similar, but Lane's base tobaccos and process are just better, imparting a cleaner, truer taste, along with excellent burning qualities.
I mean no offense to fans of 1-M, just my .2 cents.

They also have one in the Sutliffe reserve called Alexander Bridge, which IMHO is pretty darn close to 1-Q.
Edit: but I concur. You want 1-Q, buy 1-Q. It's good stuff.

I just smoked the last of the Alexander Bridge Mick gave me. It is similar, but I will probably continue to buy 1-Q unless Lane Ltd. freaks out and quits making it or something.

Yep.. Remember I got those tins for real cheap in a clearance, just bought them all except one. I didn't want to be greedy
