Was having a smoke of the aged Ashton Brindle Flake in the Peter Heeschen Egg while awaiting the new owner of the SL500 to arrive so I could sign the transfer papers, he arrived and off home he went as I stood there puffing and reminiscing.

My wife and I took a walk to the town hall and back which was very painful due to the fall I had earlier this week. Smoked more of the aged Ashton Brindle Flake in a three part C Comoy Blue Riband with a square shank.

Was very surprised to see one of the floats that will be in the Memorial Day parade, was also glad to see the Coast Guard represented due to they not getting their due.

I love the cant on that Egg, very classy look.
I agree with you on the Coast Guard, my dad was in the CG and activated to Dept of the Navy in 67, spent 3 years running gunboats up the Delta, he don't talk about it but I found his DD214 and citation documents, guess he was meant to come home and raise me proper, I still call him Sir..

I have a Heeschen P that smokes wonderfully, it's just not as slick as his Egg.
It seems I will have to be patient.
