I order a lot of pipe stuff from Smoking Pipes but most of my cigar stuff usually comes from elsewhere.
A little while ago they had a deal on Fuente cigars so I ordered a box and put in the notes I wanted to be sure to get a complete, unopened box. They emailed me and said they had a complete box but it had been opened. They gave me the options of a full refund, shipping what they had, or waiting for what I wanted. I said I'd wait as long as the sale price still applied which they said it would.
Long story short, I forgot about it until I got the email shipping notice today. 1 box of Chateau Fuente Maduro cigars on its way!
