If I was a younger man that lived in the area, I'd jump on this.
Agreed. The job is ideal for someone in that place in life with a decent opportunity to enter the industry and make a career out of it.

I know someone who "retired" from a career to get into the brewing industry and had a decent job. But the money wasn't great enough to keep him brewing at 50 and he returned to his career (very roughly I might add).

Yeah, I feel like any career switch for me, has to be an upgrade, or I open up my own business of some sort.
