A close family friend is in London apartment shopping for his daughter who attends school there. He just sent me these photos and asked me what type of pipe tobacco I liked. I’m pumped..
You should tell him to ask if they have any vintage stuff in stock. They often do but, fair warning, it's often very expensive.

If they have Germain's in stock it will be a decent price, but they often don't have any.

Let us know what they come up with! Mrslax is going to London next month and I hope she brings me home a handful of cigars.

Have the Mrs go to both JJ Fox (St James location and not Harrod's) and CGars nearby in St James.

Btw, there is a cool hattery in St James called Key & Lock

About 15 years ago when I started shifting from bulk and codger blends to tins because of an introduction to the James Fox blends. I was given tins of Bankers, The Squire Mixture, Provost Mixture, Dorisco and Campanile. All of them was good. If I remember correctly Bankers and Dorisco Mixture were the two I finished first and both had their good points. I enjoyed Bankers because it used cigar leaf. The Dorisco Mixture was one of the first VaPers I knowingly smoked.
