Sounds like a powerhouse blend with real depth rather than gimmicks, and definitely more of a “sit down and focus” smoke. Wide bowl tip noted… and Tuesday can’t come soon enough.

Agreed.. was getting tired of the "Another VaPer but this time with 19.4578% instead of 19.42879% perique!" limited releases lol
At least this one seems to have a unique hook

Bought some tins, both out of nostalgia for the tradition of the levee fires down in LaFourche Parish and to possibly substitute some of my rationing of of Old Dark Fired. I might compare this one to Speakeasy, a new favorite of mine in the winter as it also has components of Kentucky, Perique and Virginia. It is a "Navy Blend" with a light rum topping, but understated, which is a plus for me. I expect this one to have a bit more in the Kentucky Department. I plan on cracking a tin on New Years Eve. Ironically, I am having some backdraft issues with a wood fire chimney, so my entire house currently smells like I am inside of a Kentucky curing barn.
