It might be a Kaywoodie meerschaum?

I picked this up on ebay for 28 bucks and the threads look proper but there are no markings on it at all.

I can only find 2 pictures of the kaywoodie carved meers and neither one looks like this but they had several models so who knows.
At any rate I think I will give this one the wax treatment and see if it brings out any more color.

That's a nice old pipe. I'd venture a guess and say it's from the 60's.
