Israel Pipe - Maker?

Bought this pipe from a local estate and the only marking was ISRAEL. Unfortunately I cannot find any information on it or many Israeli pipes for that matter. If anyone has any info that would be greatly appreciated!

A quick search showed a similar pipe on Etsy, also marked only with "Israel".
