Does anyone have a tin of McClelland Deep Hollow that they would be willing to sell or trade?
I’m still to new around here lol. I never know when your serious or not.Never had it. What was it?
I guess I don’t check it enough. I’ll have to keep an eye out better. A gentleman shared a bowl with me at the Columbus pipe show and I liked it. I figured it can’t hurt to ask. It’s on Tinbids quite often.
Ha! You are not alone in that. Sorry.I’m still to new around here lol. I never know when your serious or not.
I check very often lol. If I see some I’ll let you knowI guess I don’t check it enough. I’ll have to keep an eye out better. A gentleman shared a bowl with me at the Columbus pipe show and I liked it. I figured it can’t hurt to ask.
The sample I had almost didn’t even seem like an aro. You could tell there were other flavors there but well balanced. An apple/vanilla aromatic named after a location from Tolkien's work.
That's actually sad. It's one of the best aromatics ever made. The sample I had almost didn’t even seem like an aro.
That’s high praise coming from you, now I want a tin. That's actually sad. It's one of the best aromatics ever made.
I’m guessing that the flavoring hasn’t held up well over time? Don’t know. That's actually sad. It's one of the best aromatics ever made.
In a freshly opened tin, it's fine but finishing the tin in a week or two is a must.I’m guessing that the flavoring hasn’t held up well over time? Don’t know.
Maybe because it's lighter than other aros you've had? I agree with Mr Embers, a favorite aro. I dip into my last can dated 2014 on special occasions, still has all the original flavors, has aged well. The sample I had almost didn’t even seem like an aro.
I’m guessing the tin I had my sample from may have been open for a bit. I’m not saying it didn’t taste like an aro. It was just a well balanced flavor. In a freshly opened tin, it's fine but finishing the tin in a week or two is a must.
