I don’t have this yet. It was pretty inexpensive. Supposedly it was made for a shop called Maison Michel of NC. It’s just stamped

This is unsmoked and has been in storage for 40 years (supposedly). I’m a bit skeptical. It doesn’t look like a Lane Charatan. It’s a tapered stem for one thing. I was wondering if anyone has a clue about this.

To me it looks more like a GBD made pipe that was stamped with the shop name.
Interesting. Pipedia is quoting someone named Matt Hardin. Right, Pipedia mentions Charatan but every brand under the sun is listed after the NOS auction. I guess there’s no way to tell.
