Is SG black XX twist pure Virginia or not?

So this is the straight question: Is Samuel Gawith black XX twist pure Virginia?

This is coming up as on tobacco reviews it is listed as a pure Virginia but on the other side SG brown number 4 is listed as Cigar leaf, Kentucky and Virginia, and my understanding is that the two are the same with the difference the XX twist is heated and steamed. So it is a little bit confusing and it should be interesting to find a final answer.

To my knowledge and from what I've seen; Black XX is a straight Virginia.
