Irish Clay Estate Pipe

Hello,
Found this Irish clay pipe at an estate sale today. I think it looks pretty nice. I've not found the maker.
On one side it is marked Ulster Pipe Works on the other side is Belfast (very hard to photograph the marks).
Any information on the maker or age? What do you think of the pipe?

This paper mentions the Ulster Pipe Works as still being in operation in 1907. However, it doesn't say if they continued to operate after that date.

It's definitely a great little pipe!

Thanks! I was able to find another date associated with them in 1912.
