My limit on Lees is strictly about thirty dollars and this exhibition grade Three Star Large Chubby Bent Bull Moose 7 point just brought $56 and postage.
This is the most highly figured Lee pipe I think I’ve seen of any grade.
I hope one of us got it, so we can all see it after it’s cleaned up.
There’s one fill I can see on the shank or else Lee might have added a sixth gold star.
Only a rare, exceptionally good Pre War Kaywoodie Flame Grain might have matched this Lee for beauty of grain.
Who got these?
Did they just go out for ten bucks like the other Tbree Stars?
(Can you imagine the price if the pipe was made in the City of London?)
