Information on "The Burlington" Made in England Pipe

Greetings!
Does anyone have information on pipes packaged in a box entitled "The Burlington"? I know there is scant information on these pipes - association with H. Simmons and with possible connections to Burlington Arcade and a buyout by Dunhill in the early 1970s. I would appreciate any information that can shed greater light on these pipes. Unfortunately, I do not have photos.

Might be a referance to " The Burlington Arcade" of London, a high end shopping arcade, or strip mall as we call them in the US. The pipe may have been one of many made for one of the shops, kinda like Tinder Box or those kind of retailers. The mystery continues.
