Damn... I've seen a lot of brands and blends disappear since January. But Plum Pudding has always been in steady supply everywhere. I assumed that blend was not affected.

Yea I found the post that said all the cakes and flakes are going the way of the dodo. It seems like a lot of them have an "original" and a "sister" blend (what reminds me of the also now extinct plum pudding lineup). It would be easy to say just buy all the cakes and flakes since they'll be gone, but I was thinking of picking up Ahab, Churchwarden (what I gather as the original of Nor'Eastern) & Old Dominion (another original). I believe the other ones are aros which I'm not into (but I'm not super well versed in WCC's lineup)

I haven’t tried Old Dominion but hear it’s great. I highly recommend 558. I wouldn’t skip Nor’easter. It’s a great blend. If you like burley blends then Waltham Broken cake is excellent.

Sutliff made all of their flakes, and until they get the equipment in house, their flakes are dead. Ernie has said elsewhere (PSD) that he’ll retire any blends of theirs that were made by Sutliff rather than continue them with the same name as before, so as to make clear that the new blends are not the same as the old ones. Seems like an honest approach.

Beyond those, "Simply Orange" seems to be dead & gone too. A mega-post of every blend that's toast (at least that people care enough about beyond the goopers) would be helpful since I've had to go here/there/everywhere to find this/that having been killed since I've learned about this whole event
