Hello all,
As the title states, I'm from Southern IN (in the sticks).
I'm a beer drinker and cigar smoker on the lake or off-roading. A wine drinker when hanging with the boss (wife LOL) and a bourbon or whiskey drinker enjoying my pipe while sitting around a fire or taking in the outdoors.
I've been lurking for a while trying to learn as much as possible and have now finally joined the fun. I'm a long time cigar smoker but just recently purchased my first pipe (Morgan Bones). I absolutely love the smooth flavor of a pipe vs a cigar. I have smoke $1 - $40 cigars and to be honest I'm just not refined enough to like the "good stuff". I enjoy the cheap sweet flavored cigars and so far it seems I like the sweeter pipe tobacco (Cult- Blood Red Moon, Cornell Diehl - Autum Evening). My wife says there is no hope for me because I also enjoy cheaper sweet wine LOL. I plan to try my hand at refurbing a few estate pipes (I made a post regarding my first 3 pipe victims - 3 Christmas Comoy's) .
I'm looking forward to learning from the knowledge on this site.
