Import pipe tobacco to Japan?

Hey guys,
I am quite new to the world of pipesmoking but as of I now I am starting to get a grip on basics like how to pack a decent bowl and have come to like pipesmoking more and more.
So the problem I have is that I am moving to Japan for a whole year for my studies. As it is expensive and hard to get hold of pipe tobacco in Japan I was thinking about buying it from the net and ship it to Japan. My question is that how much can I actually ship into Japan? The amount I am thinking about isn't more than 300-500g and a pipe or two. Do you guys also know how it works with taxes?

I don't know about the specifics on Japan import but if only 500g why not just take it with you?

As it is my luggage is already restricted to only about 20kg. I actually need to order the tobacco even here in Sweden. As the company was able to ship it to Japan for the same price as to Sweden, I thought I could save both luggageweight and also they take off 20% of the price thanks to Japan being a non Eu country.
