Guys am I crazy or has the flint fallen out from my Imco?

I can't get it to spark, and I think the flint must have fallen out or gotten lost. There should be something where the pencil is point to correct?

I’m not familiar with IMCO lighters, but it does look like a flint should be there.



It probably wore down enough that there was no longer enough tension on the spring to hold the flint in place.

Yes, definitely 23 is missing I'd say

Yes. The flint goes in there. Pull the spring back, put in the flint and push the spring back up.

You can also store a spare flint in the little compartment that appears when the spring is pulled back. Right above the Imco Pat. Stamp.
