I bought a new Old Boy at the Chicago Pipe show last year for an increadibly low price of $75. I've been reading the Old Boy ads and they mention a recessed fill valve cover that won't get lost. My fill valve cover is flush with the bottom of the lighter. I'm wondering if I bought an Old Boy that was preupgrade?
