to make a pipe of their own. What wood would you use? Where and how would you get it? In what way would you treat the pipe?
In other word I would like to try my hand at making a wooden pipe. I have made a stone one (its lost).

For a first try PIMO is your best shot. Once you get the hang of things there are several other sources that are also excellent.
