I want to donate some tobacco

I have some tobacco I want to donate to the gentleman on the forums that collects pipes and tobaccos. He then sends them to military personnel and others who need pipes and tobacco. I tried searching and I'm not having any luck. Can anybody help me out?

There's a chaplain deployed with U.S. troops in the Middle East who can also distribute pipes. Look for his post under "Pipe Discussion" posts on Forums. He give an email where he can contacted. Either member will make good use of your donations, I think.
