Robert Kennedy is reported to have attempted pipe smoking, at least according to one author.
From the book “Robert Kennedy, Brother Protector”
“Robert regularly received orders from a New York supplier of Uppman Petits, non-Cuban cigars favored by the President and smoked in public. He briefly tried smoking a pipe, but he distracted others, fussing with its lighting and relighting. Admiral Arleigh Burke, Chief of Naval Operations and an inveterate pipe smoker himself, admitted it was a bad habit, but he sent the attorney general some “equipment” (pipe cleaners and a tamper) so if he persisted it would be with the least adverse effects.”

Uppman (sic) petites were "non-Cuban" cigars? Not from what I have heard.
It's an old story that JFK sent press secretary Pierre Salinger around the Washington D.C. area to buy all the CUBAN H. Upmann petites he could lay his hands on, the night before signing the Cuban trade embargo.

Perhaps the author meant; Uppman Petis and non-Cuban cigars.

I think you guys are right that it is NOT Bobby Kennedy in the first pic posted.
I went back to my browser history and found the web page link that was in the original post that I edited.
I am not going to put the link here as it is from an extremely crappy, spammy e-cigarette site that has junk content that isn't even literate.
