That’s a feature, not a fault! Finish a jar and create a new lid for its next blend. :)
I often just dispose of the jar when it's empty. Washing them can leave even the slightest moisture that can encourage mold growth. Continuous pressure and frequent use degrades the seals over time. Even long untouched full jars can lose their seal and need the rings periodically tightened and the lids replaced.

Ive reused the jars and ring many times with no issues. You can buy the flat sealing part of the lids pretty cheap. Just get the Ball brand, there are a LOT of fakes out there.

It's easy enough to stick them in a low oven to dry out and sterilise. The same as you would if you were reusing jars for preserves or jams (big risk of mould due to the high sugar-content).

Looks great! I'd put painters tape on the seal side during the laser process, just to keep contaminants away...

Also, a side hustle might be infringing on some rights....doubtful anyone would care, but that is always a possibility.
