Three Drinks Ahead with Humphrey Bogart | Modern Drunkard Magazine
I'm not sure, I found that article awhile back when I was on a Humphrey Bogart movie kick. Then I found this, funny to me, article on 'The Lost Art of the Bender" I've been meaning to revisit the site. The thread jogged my memory. Is Modern Drunkard still around?
It was entertaining, but I seem to recall they stopped new content years ago (although I haven't checked in for awhile).
It was a very creative site. The battle of the drunkards and Drunkard of the Month were great. I think that's a celebrity hoaxDidn't Bogie die from freebasing Captain Black Cherry?
Edit: Wait, that's James Cagney I'm thinking of. Nevermind.
You're probably right. That's just the sort of red herring I need to throw my weekend into utter chaos. Beautiful!I think that's a celebrity hoax
But is he most sincerely dead?I'm pretty sure this one is true.
RIP Bogey.
I heard a rumour that Winston Churchill passed but until I see it in print I can't be certain.I'm pretty sure this one is true.
RIP Bogey.
