hey all, ive been smoking from a really crappy cheap pear wood pipe since august, but buying and refurbishing an actual briar estate pipe last week really got me hooked into the world of pipes and loved this forum as a lurker. Ive been mostly smoking amphora aromatic blends since they are the only pipe tobacco I can find here other than crappy captain blacks(even then, i cant be sure if they are authentic because 5-6$ for some amphoras seem a bit too cheap lol). Oh and they are also contraband since import tobaccos are basically illegal here, but life always finds a way lol. Even though the turkish tobacco is prized all across the globe as quality, im afraid what we have access to here in turkey is mostly overexpensive garbage that is drenched in artificial flavors.
Also, I'll be travelling abroad next week which means i can legally bring about 250g of pipe tobacco with me when im coming back, what do you guys recommend i should be smuggling in from the duty free shop? :D
