How to Pronounce Ebauchon?

Dose anyone know how to pronounce Ebauchon? Is it Eb-Boo-Kon? I have scoured the Internet, and even though I can find a million references, none of them explain the pronunciation. Can anyone enlighten me?

I'm going to go with fadingdaylight. Seems, even amongst our selves we pronounce it differently.

It is pronounced "pickled watermelon rind." Hope that straightens it out.

I like the Cajun version. I had such a terrible time in all my years of French class. No languages

aptitude at all. Except, once I'd gotten the vocabulary, I could read a contemporary novel in French,

in a night.
