How long should I keep tobacco on bags

Hey! Today I went to city cigar in Vancouver and bought 2 blends made there, they are aromatics, they gave them on bags, hoy long can u keep them on those bags (similar to zipblog )? Also if I put them on a mason jar will aromatic age? Thanks

Where did they come from, big glass jars on the counter? If the blends are "sticky," and you're going to use them up within a reasonable amount of time, I wouldn't worry about them drying out. Just keep the bags sealed and folded over. I don't think aromatics age for the better.

If you're referring to thin walled "baggie" like bags, a few months to half a year. The heavy gauge sealed bags that 1lb bulks are packaged in can go about 18 months. If you're going to take your time smoking these, consider buying some metallized Mylar bags, which are far less permeable, or mason jars.

"On" a bag, not too long. "In" a bag, little longer. In a mason jar, pretty much for any length of time.

If they are just typical baggies that you get in such place not very long. There's no real aging that goes on with aromatics but storing them up as if you were aging them is to be sure you have some when the company goes out of business.

Any tobacco I have that isn't in a sealed tin, goes into a Mason jar.
