how can i get and keep my tobacco dry enough in winter

in winter (especially in humid regions) it gets harder to keep my pipe tobacco dry enough or to dry it out. I usually put it in a jar after drying it out as it comes wet in pouches. do you have any good ideas?

Throw it under a heat lamp.

Winters tend to be humid here as well. Requires a little forethought but I dry a bowls worth under a desk lamp and then pre-load the pipes for the days smoking as much as possible.
