Hoping to Learn Something About 2 Unknown Pipes…

Hello all,

Somewhere along the way I picked up these two pipes. I have zero information on them but I do like and enjoy both.

Funny enough they represent the opposite sides of my inventories size range. I’m particularly fond of the little one with the brass band. It has a heft to it you would not expect in a small pipe that just feels right.

I sure would appreciate learning more about them if anyone out there has info or an opinion to share.

Obviously they don't have a brand stamped on them or you wouldn't be asking this question.
But do they have any markings at all?

Good morning, Paul. The smaller one has the stamp that is pictured which appears to be either "Sr Pipes" or a miss stamping of "SF Pipes". The larger pipe has no markings.

I feel silly looking back over the pics, with the Sr clearly being there.
There was a company called S&R, but I don't think it's that.

I didn't find anything on the pipe with nomenclature in pipephil.
Since the other pipe is unmarked there's no way to determine its origin.

Nice looking pipes. I hope that they smoke well for you.

Thanks, Sablebrush. The little one is a sweet smoker and gets more use as my smoking time is somewhat limited these days. The larger one has a significant sized bowl which is great for a long mellow sessions.
