My Christmas present to myself just arrived, tobac from a major company that included 2 separate boxes, one marked that it contained a partial order? Inventory sheets listing quantity only, not price plus no mention of free shipping. My credit card payment does not provide a breakdown. The contents quantity was short per my phone order. Now the phone call to make a mild complaint and make recommendations to avoid this on future orders. The usual mention of quality recording to evaluate employees service. The very polite gal stated that I should have a detailed email to answer all my questions. Not received, so now some humor : told her my conversation was also being recorded for quality control from phone in my State Police car. The box also contained a semi rip off offer of wine and s shaving razor. I asked if her boss drank before shaving. A hardy Laff for both and wish for a happy Holliday.
