I’ll bite: Arrowhead from Paul’s Pipe Shop. I doubt they’ll run out from my measly recommendation, and any orders prompted thereby will only help out a venerated brick & mortar pipe shop.

It’s a kitchen sink aromatic that’s hefty, full-flavored, and a bunch of other stuff. If I had to pick out the most prominent top note, it’s caramel, but it also has perique and Latakia so 🤷‍♂️.

Black Maria from John Dengler in St. Charles, MO. It’s a fantastic English that uses fermented Virginias as a base. I also love their Country Kitchen which is an Oriental mixture.

What are some tobacco blends that nobody really talks that are hidden gems. For me Id say Hearth and Home Magnum Opus and Peter Heinrichs Dark Strong Flake.

Magnum Opus seems to get a decent amount of love. Perhaps it just doesn't get as much chatter as other blends because it's been out for a while and it's not a unicorn.

It feels weird naming a G.L. Pease blend as a hidden gem, since his blends are generally well-loved, but his VaPer, Stratford, rarely gets talked about. It's a great traditional Vaper that hits a near-perfect medium. It's my preferred all/any day VaPer.

I also feel that Savinelli's Jupiter gets slept on. A great burley blend with some DFK and rum. A great mix of smokey and sweet with a little bit of punch.

My man. Always love promoting Paul's and Arrowhead is a staple in my rotation.

As for other "hidden gems", in the words of Encanto: we don't talk about Bruno.
