I received an email that said I have a new pm but when I log in and go to inbox it’s empty!!

Is this a mobile issue? Do I need to log onto a laptop?

I'm sending you a pm for testing purposes. I've never had it happen but I understand that if someone sends you a pm with a blank subject line, you can't open it. Maybe that's what happened?

Go to Forums, go to far right, top. There is a link to PM's.

Jaytex has it right. If the sender doesn't include a subject line, then you can't open it.

This has happened to me. In fact for well over a year I have shown 1 new message in my inbox but nothing was ever there. Obviously I know now that when it shows 2 messages that means I have a new PM and when I open the new one it goes back to showing 1.

I used to get an e-mail notification every time I got a new PM but that stopped then started again afore stopping for good!

That's the problem I had.

Willisk- you are welcome.
There are two places to check: as I mentioned above, and then, under Messages, in "My Account", which you can access after opening the Home page. Then go to messages-> Inbox. I also had one "unread" message, but I "read" it again and it now shows no unread ones.
