I have a Kriswill I got from an Estate Collection. The nomenclature is pretty faded but you can make it out enough and with the COM Made in Denmark its pretty clear what it is. Only problem, it has no specific model stamped in. There are what I guess are shape numbers. They are 1329 R or 329 R. Its hard to tell if that is a 1 in front or if it is just a part of the briar and finish. Anyway, can someone help me with what model this pipe is and about what its date might be. I've looked in Pipedia and Logos and they talk about models but no named "models". Thanks

OK, from pipephil,
Prior to 1970 the stampings are in script letters on the shank and on the mouthpiece. The star on the stem and block letters on the shank were introduced from that date on.
for more see here,

The 18 seems to be the finish code,, the 29 the shape number. For some examples of this see here,

For some more shapes, where the last two digits are the shape number (from a slightly later catalog) see here,

The interesting thing is in the last referenced catalog, the shape 29 (Count Series 329) is definitely not your earlier pipe's shape.
